The Foundation seeks to raise funds to facilitate the mission and ministry of the Anglican Church in the Diocese of Melbourne, to enable the Church to think big and dream large about its future, and to maintain a Christian presence in the wider community.

The Melbourne Anglican Benevolent Society supports projects that assist disadvantaged youth, families, and individuals experiencing poverty, sickness, suffering, distress, misfortune, destitution or helplessness within the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne

The Melbourne Anglican Cultural Organisation aims to raise funds to enable cultural projects including developing church choirs and ecclesiastical music; conducting art exhibitions, plays and performances; providing art, creative writing and poetry classes; and the study of storytelling through stained glass and the study of iconography and symbols associated with churches in the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne.
